Healing Through Resonance

Sound as Medicine for the Mind, Body & Soul

Okay, let’s be real.
Life is stunning.

It’s full of texture, adventure, friendship, belly laughs, and deep love.

And yet, it can also be a royal pain in the booty… am I right?

It brings uncertainty, heartbreak, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, and more change than we ever feel ready for.

So I created this safe landing place for us.

A hug in frequency form

Here, you can soften into the moment,
set your worries down,
and remember what safety feels like inside your body.

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

Offerings

  • Imagine a bespoke sound journey in a private temple space. This intimate experience nurtures you in times of life transition, preparation for ceremony, or simply seeking deep rest.

  • Bring attuned, ceremonial healing to your special occasion or retreat. Integrate an immersive sound journey as a way to guide participants into deep rest and rejuvenation through sound, an ideal complement to breathwork and movement practices. This is a wonderful way to open a ceremony, transition spaces or anchor in intentions.

  • No experience necessary. These group sessions bring moments of nervous system regulation, clarity, and cohesion to the work environment. This moment of exhale helps reduce cortisol, increase morale and elevate both wellbeing and performance. Perfect for company wellness days, team off-sites, co-working spaces and leadership retreats.

  • I partner with yoga studios, meditation spaces, and healing collectives as a collaborator and guest facilitator. With a focus on popular themes and seasonal sound journeys, these specially curated group sessions complement movement, breath, and mindfulness practices.

FAQ

  • A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and let the sounds wash over you — no effort required.

  • Not at all! Sound healing meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have a longtime practice, the frequencies work on a deep level to bring your body and mind into balance.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cozy — like a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, or pillow.

  • Everyone’s experience is unique. You may feel deep relaxation, emotional release, tingling sensations, or even fall asleep (which is perfectly okay!). Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

  • Sound healing is generally safe, but if you have epilepsy, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker, please check with your doctor first. I’m happy to chat about accommodations if you have any concerns.

  • Yes! I offer private and small group sessions in my home studio, and custom experiences for retreats, weddings, birthdays, and corporate teams. Visit the Offerings page or reach out directly through the Connect form.
